Free Charts!

Here are our paper charts for you to use. We have postpartum charts with or without a temping graph, and charts for regular cycles, with or without a temping graph. All charts include the ability to chart bleeding, cervical fluid, monitor results, LH and PdG test results, and include space to record important cycle parameters. 
Charts are provided as pdf files that you can print. If you would like a Google Sheets version, ask your instructor. If you'd like to chart using an app, ask your instructor how to set up Read Your Body for BCC use!
